Food Safety Management Manual
An In House Food Safety Advisor visits your premises to view and discuss your catering operation. Following this, we will provide you with a manual to help guide you through all the relevant areas of food safety, from Hazard Analysis to temperature control, to cleaning.
Annual Audit/Inspection
For this we conduct a comprehensive food safety audit of your premises, looking at handling procedures, storage and a range of other food safety issues. As part of the service support package we can also supply a questionnaire for you to send to your suppliers. The audit reports are clear and easy to understand, and advise you on any areas of improvement required.
BIOSCANNING - Hygiene Monitoring
One of our Food Safety Advisors will visit your premises (we recommend three times a year) to monitor cleaning standards with BIOSCANNING. This uses bioluminescence technology to let us 'see' bacteria, and therefore check whether your cleaning procedures really work. The results are instant, so items can be retested until an effective solution is found. During these hygiene monitoring visits, we will also check on any outstanding issues highlighted on the audit.
