Who is the course for?
This is an introductory course aimed at people who need to understand health and safety in their workplace. Managers and supervisors would benefit from this course, as they may need to be able to advise other staff about health and safety issues.
How long does it take?
There are six hours of teaching, then a multiple-choice test. Courses are usually conducted over one day, but can be split over two mornings/afternoons if required. Pass mark - 20/30 correct answers.

Where is the course held?
In House offer on-site training for your staff. You pay a tutor fee, and can put up to 18 candidates on the course - the more people you get to attend the better value you receive! Additional costs include exam fee and the cost of the coursebook (if required).
