CIEH Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety in Catering
About the course
This is a CIEH level 3 food safety course, which looks at the subject of the level 2 certificate in much more detail. Candidates get a greater understanding of food poisoning bacteria and contamination, and ways to prevent this happening, at a more supervisory level.
Who is the course for?
This course is aimed at supervisors and chefs, who may have to instruct others in matters of food safety.
How long does it take?
There are three days of teaching (six hours per day).

Where is the course held?
If you are interested in running a course for your own organisation, training at your premises may be more appropriate to your needs. If not, we run courses at High Wycombe, Bucks (30 miles west of London), and Central London.
