This CIEH course recognises the benefit of keeping staff up-to-date with food safety issues. Topics from the Level 2 Award in Food Safety are covered, including contamination, high risk foods and temperature control.
Who is the course for?
All staff holding the CIEH Foundation Certificate in Food Hygiene (and the Level 2 Award in Food Safety).
How long does it take?
The course is covered in a half day, with a short objective test at the end of the course.

Where is the course held?
In House offer on-site training for your staff. You pay a tutor fee, and can put up to 18 candidates on the course - the more people you get to attend the better value you receive! Additional costs include exam fee and the cost of the coursebook (if required).
Any other information?
All candidates who attend the course and pass the test will receive a certificate from the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health.
Refresher courses can only be completed by candidates who hold the CIEH Foundation Food Hygiene Certificate, and who completed this course up to 3 years earlier.
