Risk Assessment is a technique for preventing accidents and ill health by helping people to think about what could go wrong and ways to prevent problems. The requirement for an up-to-date risk assessment in the workplace is a legal requirement under The Management of Health & Safety at Work Regulations 1999.
Who is the course for?
This course is aimed at managers, supervisors and owners of small businesses, team leaders, bursars of schools and anyone else who has a responsibility for health & safety of others in the workplace.
How long does it take?
The course is covered in a half day. It covers all relevant sections but can be tailored for particular groups. All course materials are provided and the course includes tutorials and exercises.
